Each megaproject must be clearly anchored in a host department.
The host department is responsible for:
- Assigning a coordinator to the department's megaproject
- Handling communication about the department's megaproject
- Providing administrative assistance to the coordinator where necessary
- Representing the department's megaproject
- Making resources available for the megaproject
