Working group

The working group for the megaprojects consists of the project manager and the coordinators for the megaprojects. The working group meets with regard to:

  • Planning of and participation in workshops, etc., for identifying and developing new challenges 
  • Planning of megaproject conferences and other events related to the megaprojects 
  • Evaluation of student collaboration in the megaprojects, their benefits of this, performance, etc. 
  • Adjustment of the structure, timetable, etc., for the megaprojects 
  • Developing communication on megaprojects 

In some periods, there will be more meetings, especially before the start and the end of the semester. The project manager is responsible for convening meetings.
