Megaproject manager

Project manager for the megaprojects is a key role with responsibility for the overall coordination, process management and planning of the megaprojects. This applies to all megaprojects; individual department thus must not request a megaproject manager. The project manager is responsible for:

  • Overall administrative project management for AAU Megaprojects:
    • Portfolio management
    • Coordination
    • Planning
    • Internal and external management (organisation)
  • Communication:
    • Dissemination of the megaproject concept
    • Target group and receiver-oriented communication
    • Further development and maintenance of website and student-oriented communication platform
    • SoMe management
    • Preparation of various promotion materials
  • Evaluation:
    • Design of evaluation processes
    • Dissemination and transfer of results to a wide range of interest groups
  • Planning and holding events and conferences for presentation and "delivery" of project results

The project manager’s office administers the steering committee and the working group for the megaprojects.
