Project manager for the megaprojects is a key role with responsibility for the overall coordination, process management and planning of the megaprojects. This applies to all megaprojects; individual department thus must not request a megaproject manager. The project manager is responsible for:
- Overall administrative project management for AAU Megaprojects:
- Portfolio management
- Coordination
- Planning
- Internal and external management (organisation)
- Communication:
- Dissemination of the megaproject concept
- Target group and receiver-oriented communication
- Further development and maintenance of website and student-oriented communication platform
- SoMe management
- Preparation of various promotion materials
- Evaluation:
- Design of evaluation processes
- Dissemination and transfer of results to a wide range of interest groups
- Planning and holding events and conferences for presentation and "delivery" of project results
The project manager’s office administers the steering committee and the working group for the megaprojects.
